Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains the standard delivery process for business orders from Testora.eu. The checkout, accepted quotation or order confirmation shows the terms applicable to a particular order.

Key point
Delivery availability, methods, prices and estimates vary by destination and order. A country appearing in an address selector is not, by itself, a commitment that every product can be supplied there.

1. Delivery destinations

We deliver only to destinations and addresses that Testora accepts at checkout or in writing. Certain products may be unavailable in a country because of regulatory, carrier, import, temperature, professional-use or other restrictions. Testora may ask the customer to provide business, VAT, import or professional documentation before accepting the order.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed after any required business verification, payment authorisation, compliance review and stock confirmation. Orders placed outside normal business days are processed on the next available business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Urgent requirements should be agreed with Testora before ordering.

3. Delivery methods and charges

The available carrier services and charges are shown at checkout or stated in an accepted quotation. A free-delivery threshold applies only where it is expressly displayed for the destination and order. Any access-point service is subject to the customer selecting or being assigned a valid collection point through the available delivery flow.

4. Estimated delivery times

Displayed delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless Testora expressly confirms a binding date in writing. Customs clearance, remote locations, carrier disruption, product review and events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. The customer should not schedule a clinical, screening or operational activity solely in reliance on an estimated arrival date.

5. Tracking and delivery communication

Where tracking is available, details are sent to the email address supplied with the order. The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring that an authorised person can receive the shipment. Delivery scans and recipient details may be shared with the carrier and fulfilment provider as necessary to deliver and document the order.

6. Address accuracy and failed delivery

The customer must provide a complete and deliverable business address, contact name, phone number and any access instructions. Costs arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery, repeated delivery attempt, storage, return to sender or failure to collect may be charged to the customer where the customer is responsible and applicable law permits.

7. VAT, customs and import

Prices and delivery charges do not include destination-country customs duties, import VAT, brokerage or similar charges unless expressly stated. The customer is responsible for acting as importer and meeting local import requirements unless Testora has agreed otherwise in writing. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer documentation are outside the estimated transit time.

8. Partial delivery and backorders

Where reasonable, Testora may offer or make a partial delivery. Any additional charge will be disclosed or agreed before it is incurred. If a product becomes unavailable, Testora will contact the customer regarding delay, an alternative, partial fulfilment or cancellation of the affected item.

9. Inspection and transport damage

Inspect the shipment promptly. Visible damage should be noted with the carrier where possible and reported to Testora without undue delay. Preserve the outer packaging, shipping label and products and send photographs, order number, affected quantity and batch or lot information where available. Do not use a product if damage may affect its safety, sterility, integrity or performance.

10. Storage-sensitive products

The customer must follow the storage and handling conditions on the product, packaging and instructions. If a shipment appears to have been exposed to conditions that may affect product integrity, quarantine the affected product and contact Testora before use.

11. Contact
