Request product-specific documentation or report a quality problem, unexpected performance, adverse event or suspected serious incident involving a product supplied by Testora.
Buying for yourself?
You can report a concern about a self-test using plain product and order details. Avoid sending names, identification numbers or unnecessary health information by ordinary email.

For private customers
Question about use or a result
For a routine question, identify the exact product and describe what you need help understanding. Follow the current instructions for use and do not treat general website information as a diagnosis or replacement for professional assessment.
Report a product quality problem
Report missing components, damaged packaging, labelling concerns, suspected contamination, unexpected performance or other quality issues. Include the order number, product name, batch or lot number, expiry date, photographs and a short factual description where available.
Report an adverse event or possible serious incident
Stop use if continued use could create a risk. Email Testora promptly with the subject BRÅDSKANDE PRODUKTINCIDENT. Where required, also use the competent-authority or healthcare reporting route in the country where the event occurred. Reporting to Testora does not replace another reporting duty.
Keep the product and evidence
Keep the product, packaging, label, instructions and related photographs. Do not clean, alter, discard or send the product unless necessary for immediate safety or until you receive handling instructions.
Protect personal and health information
Do not include patient names, national identification numbers, full medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email. Use a coded reference where possible. Testora may request a more suitable channel if additional sensitive information is genuinely required.
For businesses and professional buyers
Request product documentation
Identify the organisation and country, product name, catalogue number, manufacturer, batch or lot number where available, and the document and language requested. Documentation and regulatory roles vary by exact product.
Professional incident information
Include reporter role and contact details, organisation and country, product and manufacturer, catalogue number, UDI where present, batch or lot, expiry date, chronology, number of affected units, known consequences, actions already taken and whether evidence is available.
Quarantine and traceability
Quarantine affected stock where continued use or distribution could create risk or compromise an investigation. Preserve storage, transport and distribution records and identify affected stock or recipients when instructed.
What happens next
Testora records the report, requests missing information where needed and routes it to the relevant manufacturer, authorised representative, importer or other responsible operator. Follow any quarantine, recall, return or corrective-action instructions provided.
Rapportera ett produktklagomål eller incident
Use the urgent subject line only for a possible product-safety incident. For general documentation or quality questions, describe the purpose clearly.
